sir, your analysis is very good and it requires some mind. thank you very much.
One problem , can you solve ?
A nse broker - ADROIT Finacial given unlimited trading limit to my son (a starter) in June 07. On 26th June 07 he incurred about 78 thousnad loss. Matter had gone to NSE arbitrtion cell. Where the award had gone in favour of broker and i had to pay rs.35000 in march 07. but the regional office/sub-broker office wss closed. At that time I have some money to pay the maximum amount of award. But their was no contact. In No. broker had sent a notice for payment alongwith interest for Rs.40000/-(appox) from Delhi. I had acked him to give me his a/c no. for monthly payment of Rs.1000/- thru mail as his lukcnow office was closed. Still I am waiting for his a/c no. on date i.e. 3rd April 09 and he is earning a intt of 18% p.a.. NO BROKER GIVES UNLIMITED TRADING LIMIT IN INTERNET TRADING. DUE HIS STAFF FAULT, I AM SUFFERING.
High volume targets given to Relation Managers are curse for the stock market.
Can I go to consumer court?
- as he not provided any service. It is his duty to provide limited trading limit for investor protection and also agreed at the opening time of a/c..
- he is not having any office at Lucknow.
- No reply from Delhi office. he is passing the time to earn maximum interest.

WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Dear BN Sahu,
Consumer courts can be approached for deficiency in service. But in this case you cannot prove that. In the agreement we are signing with the broker there would be enough clauses to safeguard him. You cannot say that "giving unlimited trading limit to you" is a deficiency of service. It must have sanctioned on the basis of a request from you. Otherwise you should have rejected it. From your narration, Nandi could not find any deficiency of service from the part of the broker, so that you can fight for in consumer court.
