Today (8-6-10) Nifty opened at 5028 with a loss of 6 points, moved upwards up to 5071 (plus 37 points)and was at 5063 at 13.30. After that came the unexpected almost 100 points decline which took Nifty to 4967 and a closing at 4987 with a loss of 47 points. Thus,last two days Nifty decline matched with the decline in June 2008 (see the chart below). Nifty futures range was 4938 - 5055, a discount of 29 points!! A decline below 4960 will take Nifty to 4859 & 4759. Tomorrow's Agni level is at 5080.
