Pass Jan Lokpal Bill. Make mandatory, all payments above Rs.50,000/- through banking channel and link the bank accounts with ADHAAR. Why are we allowing some people to live a luxurious life by accepting bribes and kickbacks when lakhs of Indians are struggling to have two meals a day, clothing and shelter ?
