Nifty decends to bottom of M1(5123) & closes @5211

On Friday(5-8-11)Nifty opened at 5204 with a loss of 128 points on global cues, descended to bottom of M1(5123), recovered 108 points and closed near opening level at 5211 with a loss of 121 points. Nifty's downward move was as anticipated in the post dated 3rd August,2011. Recovery of 50 to 100 points intraday was also on expected lines due to Exceptional Friday Effect. Further, when ever Indian market slipped more than three percent, one and half percent recovery intraday or next trading day can be seen in its back history. Nifty's Friday range was 5116 - 5230 where as Nifty futures range was 5115 - 5234, having a difference of 119 points. As tomorrow's Agni level is at 5231, remain in shorts till Nifty moves above it. As S&P has downgraded US's credit rating, tomorrow's market movement will be highly volatile and risk averse traders may stay away from trading. If Nifty enters G2(Anthara Gandharam)ie. below 5123, it may move to centre of G2 at 4960.

Astro factors: Not only conjunction of Moon with Saturn may have favored such a huge fall, it may be that Sun is in Cancer and Kethu (180° of Rahu) is in Taurus. This type of combination may occur again only after more than 8 years.

Another factor to be taken in to account-Mercury retrogade on Tuesday and coming week Full Moon..Only when saturn comes in to the aspect of Jupitor some relief will be there but @ the time Jupitor will be retrograde .Market will reach the election result gap filling by 2013 and then only start moving . It is the time all the ordinary investors to leave the market and keep the money in FD for 555 days .Some dramatic event of political arena will also may take place. Let us with Anna Hazare

Dear Bala,
You are right. There is an old phrase in consumer case history pertaining to cars sold by an American company "Unsafe at any speed". It can be modified now as "Unsafe at any price" on stock prices.

Hope gone through "ma of pahima".
Take care.
