Today(29-8-11)Nifty opened at 4832 with a gain of 84 points, moved down to 4820, steadily moved up to 4934 and closed at 4920 with a gain of 172 points. Today's is the largest closing gain after 1st March 2011(189 points). Incidentally today is a new-moon day. Nifty futures range was 4802 - 4948, having a difference of 146 points.
As 31st Aug and 1st Sept are trading holidays on account of Ramzan and Ganesh Chaturthi respectively Nifty may be volatile tomorrow. Tomorrow's Agni level is at 4810.
