Dear Vishal, If it is for your personal purpose no need to create grahanila(planetary positions). It is already available in Net(for PCs) and apps (for mobile phones). While Nandi started it was not available and available ones does not combine east and west. Nandi created it in Excel based on figures in the Panchang.
