Sun,Mars,Mercury&Rahu in Sagiturus, Jupiter in Pisces, Moon & Ketu in Gemini(180° to Sagiturus), Saturn in Virgo and Venus in Libra. When Moon is in the same house that of Rahu or Ketu on a full moon day, then there will be a Lunar Eclipse and a Lunar Eclipse takes place on 21st December, 2010. But it is not visible in India.
Business Line dated 21st December,2010:- Lunar eclipse coincides with winter solstice after 372 years! . The last time the two astronomical events coincided was on December 21, 1638. A solstice is an astronomical event which happens twice each year, when the tilt of the Earth's axis most inclined toward or away from the Sun, causing Sun's apparent position in the sky to reach its northernmost or southernmost extreme. On the day of winter solstice, North Pole points directly away from the Sun resulting shortest day in the Northern Hemisphere. As total lunar eclipse is taking place at 13.47 p.m. I.S.T. (day time)and it is on other side of earth it is not visible in India.
