MOM (Mangalyan) starts orbiting Mars (Mangal) - Congrats ISRO scientists
The name "Mangalyan" means "auspicious vehicle" and the name itself brought success to India. Though USA, Europe and Russia achieved the target of orbiting the Mars earlier none of them could achieve it at their first attempt and you know their vehicle names it seems not so good as Mangalyan.
On entering Mangalyan in Mars orbit, USA's Curiosity Rover (@MarsCuriosity) tweeted: Namaste, @MarsOrbiter! Congratulations to @ISRO and India's first interplanetary mission upon achieving Mars orbit.
